'Hikikomori' bedroom hermits should be regarded as national crisis
и как всегда, самое интересное - в комментах. лично я им очень сочувствую, ибо сама где-то рядом ((
"I strongly feel for the hikikomori because I practically am one. Since I graduated when the job market got bad I either always got no call backs or failed interviews. I can't drive (it stresses me out so bad I nearly have panic attacks) and ever since two years ago when my parents split and I decided to stay in my home of ten years with my step-father instead of move into a tiny apartment with my mother, I've had half of my family shun me and harass me over it. At first I started ignoring my phone and not going out as much but now I rarely leave the house except a few times every month to go to a friend's house or when I go to conventions. I'm nocturnal and online for probably 15+ hours every day, my life is pretty much internet based. I help out around the house because I feel guilty and pretty much like a loser because I'm 21 now, never had a job, can't drive, and I haven't been in public by myself in ages or in public in general unless it's a convention."
